How to Use
Hot compress:
1. Put the product in a microwave oven to heat or immerse the product in water, use medium power to set for 30 seconds, until it reaches the desired temperature
2. Soak the product in hot water at about 80-90 degrees for 3-5 minutes
Cold compress:
1. Put the product in the refrigerator for 2 hours before use.
2. Wrap the product with a towel to avoid direct contact with the skin to prevent frostbite.
